• 4½ cups water
• 3 cups milk
Directions:
• In a medium saucepan, combine water, milk, and soup mix
• Heat to almost boiling, then reduce to a simmer
• Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often to prevent scorching
• Cover and let stand for 10 minutes to allow vegetables to soften
